We just got back from a great trip to South Carolina over Spring Break! Despite some chilly weather in the beginning, we had a great getaway and did so many fun things: played at the beach and collected sea shells, swam in the pool, climbed a lighthouse, sailed on a pirate cruise, played tennis and miniature golf, went to a music concert, saw a huge alligator (!) and dyed Easter eggs, just to name a few. We can't wait to go back!
We couldn't wait to get our feet wet the first night we arrived, but the water was chilly!!:)

and got to spray water from cannons to protect our ship from the pirates;)
You couldn't miss this alligator in the nearby lagoon - whoa!
We swam in the pool every day...thank goodness it was heated!

All good things must come to an end. Time to go home!
